Usual Red Bump on Eyelid

A usual red bump on eyelid can be brought about by a common condition known as an eye stye. Basically, our eyes have some oil glands that help in lubricating the tear film. These oil glands are present at the junction of eyelid and eyelashes. Sometimes, these oil glands become inflamed due to the interaction of bacteria. These bacteria attack these oil glands and lead to inflammation and blockage.
